How and when your translation is delivered, and what we do if something goes wrong.
All nicetranslation services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is by email attachment or secure download link.
Completed translations are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. For projects over 50MB, we use a secure download link valid for 14 days. We confirm receipt of your delivery and follow up if we have not received confirmation within 4 business hours.
Standard timelines by service: Document Translation: 2-3 business days. Legal and Contract Translation: 3-5 business days. Medical and Pharmaceutical Translation: 3-4 business days. Immigration and Visa Translation: 1-3 business days. Website and Software Localization: 5-10 business days. Remote Interpretation: scheduled session. Rush 48-hour delivery is available as a paid add-on for most document types.
Your exact delivery date is confirmed before any payment is taken. We do not give ranges -- we give a specific date. If circumstances require a change, we notify you at least 12 hours in advance and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.
If we miss a confirmed delivery date without prior notice, you are entitled to a 10% discount on the total order value for each business day late, up to a maximum of 50%. This discount is applied automatically -- you do not need to request it. Delays caused by client failure to provide required materials on time are excluded.
Translations are delivered in the same format as received where possible. Word documents return as Word documents. PDFs return as PDFs (text-searchable). If a specific output format is required, specify it at the time of order.
